Ana De Armas Shares No Time To Die Stunt Training BTS Video
Ana de Armas shares an exciting behind the scenes video that shows off her fighting skills while training for No Time To Die. Daniel Craig's fifth and final appearance as 007 was finally released to audiences last year following a delayed theatrical release due to the ongoing impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. The film followed on directly from its predecessor Spectre and saw Bohemian Rhapsody star Rami Malek tackle the villain role of Lyutsifer Safin. The film ultimately ends with Bond's unfortunate demise after he was infected with nanobots that could kill his long-time love Madeline (Léa Seydoux) with the slightest contact.
Despite No Time To Die being Craig's final outing, he was arguably upstaged by a new star. Ana de Armas stars as Paloma in the movie, a rookie agent sent to assist Bond while on a covert mission in Cuba. The pair attempt to locate and capture the scientist behind Safin's bio-weaponry, but the mission quickly escalates and both Bond and Paloma are forced to fight their way out. Despite featuring somewhat heavily throughout No Time To Die's promotional run, de Armas only appeared in the film for a short amount of time, leading fans to immediately begin calling for Paloma to receive her own James Bond spin-off series. Now, de Armas has shared a fun behind the scenes look at some of her stunt training for her scene-stealing character.
Taking to Instagram to share a series of photos from her time shooting No Time To Die, de Armas reminisced about her "sleepy, cold rainy nights" on set. The Blade Runner star shared two selfies while in her Paloma makeup, with one appearing to show her post-fight with a few spots of fake blood dotted on her skin. De Armas followed the images up with a short video of her stunt training, which show the 33-year-old sneaking up on three bad guys who she then takes down with ease. Check out de Armas' post below.

De Armas will soon be flexing her fighting skills once again, as she is set to star as the lead in a John Wick spin-off film. Titled Ballerina, the film will see the star take on the role of a young assassin who seeks to avenge her family's murder. The star's year is shaping up to be a rather busy one as her upcoming Hulu psychological thriller Deep Water, in which she stars opposite Ben Affleck, is set to release on March 18. Additionally, she is currently filming Ghosted, a romantic action-adventure that sees her reunite with Knives Out co-star Chris Evans.
It is always fun to take a behind the scenes peek at how a scene comes together, and de Armas' post is likely to get fans very excited as many had been hoping to see more of her time as Paloma given how short her appearance within the film ultimately is. As for now, whether Paloma will be granted her own James Bond spin-off, or even just what exactly the franchise has in store for her character post-No Time To Die, remains to be seen. It will, however, be exciting to see de Armas take on some more action-based roles in the future, as she's got certainly got some impressive fighting skills.
