Like a lot of organizations and businesses, Metroparks Toledo had a gut-check after former Minneapolis Police Officer Derek Chauvin was caught kneeling on the neck of George Floyd, Jr. after the 46-year-old man was accused of trying to pass a counterfeit $20 bill off on a store clerk on May 25, 2020.
