Aries season is here – what it means for each star sign and why Taurus is in for a rough time

ARIES season is kicking off on March 20, marking the spring equinox and the start of a new astrological cycle.

Aries, being a cardinal fire sign, will bring about exciting and bold times.

Aries season lasts from March 20 to April 19[/caption]

“It is the first of the fire element that we find in the astrological calendar, so this is all about new spiritual endeavors, new passions being awakened, finding motivation, and encouragement,” spiritual advisor Meghan Rose told The Sun.

Of course, the fire signs – Aries, Leo, and Sagittarius – will benefit the most, but it will certainly be a fruitful season for all.

Here’s what “the season blossoming,” Aries season, means for each star sign.

ARIES

MARCH 20 – APRIL 19

The new astrological cycle will affect Aries quite deeply as a whole, as it is their elemental sign.

“This is their season, they can expect to feel this new vibration that enters into their lives,” Rose explained.

“A lot of the times for Aries in Aries season, they get the sense of renewal that comes up with who they are and how they show up in the world.” 

She added that this may result in external changes for them, which can be as simple as a new hair color or style or as big as a career change.

TAURUS

APRIL 20 – MAY 20

Aries season isn’t always the most complimentary time for Tauruses because the signs sit so close to one another.

“Taurses in Aries season may feel like they are falling a little bit behind, may get a negative feedback loop of thinking that they’re not doing enough, they are comparing themselves to other people,” Rose told The Sun.

“And it’s going to be really important during this season to come back to an understanding of who they are, really tapping into their sense of confidence.”

This will allow Tauruses to go forward with certainty with any decisions they make during this time.

GEMINI

MAY 21 – JUNE 20

Rose expects Aries season to go very well for Geminis.

“We’re going to see them tapping into their more social, witty energy … and definitely feel more confident,” she said.

During this time of confidence, Geminis can expect to focus on nurturing all sorts of relationships in their lives.

“It’s really going to be based around expanding their social network during Aries season,” Rose added.

CANCER

JUNE 21 – JULY 22

“Cancer is a very sensitive water sign and when it’s faced with this very impulsive fire energy, you’ll see more Cancers wanting to spend more time at home, really taking this time and this season to rest and relax,” Rose noted.

This will allow Cancers to set their intentions in solitude and can be equated to the “calm before the storm.”

Leo

JULY 23 – AUGUST 22

Aries season is going to be a marvelous time for Leos, according to Rose.

“Leo is the life of the party.

“They are some of the brightest stars in the sky.

“And when they are in Aries season because it also is fire energy, you’ll see an amplification of their spiritual practice of the passion that they have both romantically and career-wise,” she explained.

She added that it will be a fruitful season for Leos and they can expect many opportunities to come their way.

“This is really gonna be a time for Leo to reap in the rewards and the benefits of the seeds that they planted a while back,” she stated.

VIRGO 

AUGUST 23 – SEPTEMBER 22

Virgo is an earth sign, so while many might expect there to be a disconnect between Virgo and fiery Aries, Rose said it’s actually the opposite.

“It actually works in Virgos’ favor because they can take on some of that motivational energy that Aries’ energy gives to them,” she explained.

She compared it to a tank being refilled.

Therefore, Virgos may be seen stepping into their confidence, accepting deals and opportunities, and making more money during this time.

LIBRA

SEPTEMBER 23 – OCTOBER 22

While Libra is an opposing sign of Aries, they have similar qualities, which works out in Libras’ favor.

“So we’ll see that the focus of creating balance and harmony is very forefrontal for a Libra,” Rose noted.

“It’s going to be an absolute priority for them to find a sort of structure, routine.”

Rose said Libras would “benefit greatly” by keeping up with a morning and nighttime routine to help bring balance and prevent them from feeling burnt out.

She added: “Although Aries season is going to impact all the zodiac signs, Libra is most likely going to feel this one the most.”

SCORPIO

OCTOBER 23 – NOVEMBER 21

“Scorpio is a fixed water sign, so they are very stubborn and very deeply emotional and emotionally invested in the lifestyles that they choose,” Rose told The Sun.

Therefore, it won’t be surprising to see Scorpios really focus on the meaningful relationships in their lives.

“You may see a lot of romantic connections depending at this time within Scorpios’ lives and also [see them be] deeper invested into the career paths that Scorpios have chosen,” Rose further explained.

“So if they’re already in a career that they feel very passionately about, this is going to be a time and a great opportunity for them to either ask for a promotion, be gifted the opportunity of a promotion, or take on a new project that really brings their careers from one to 100.”

SAGITTARIUS  

NOVEMBER 22 – DECEMBER 21

This will be a confidence-amplifying time for the Sagittarius sign.

“They’re going to be stepping out of their comfort zones, having difficult conservations that they may not have felt so confident to have before, and ultimately relieving themselves from the shackles of the past,” Rose stated.

“So Sagittarius is really going to see that they start becoming more present in looking toward a more positive future rather than spending any of their time ruminating on the past.”

Additionally, they will let go of any old habits or grudges that do not serve them and be more mindful about creating a lifestyle they want for themselves, rather than living to please others.

CAPRICORN

DECEMBER 21 – JANUARY 20 

Being a cardinal earth sign, Capricorns will feel their desire to achieve certain titles or accolades amplify during this time.

“You may see a lot of Capricorns going into what one would maybe consider an existential crisis by bystanders, but for them it’s really just a point to focus, check who and what in their lives is working well, and to let go or trim the fat of anyone or anything that is not helping them move towards their goals,” Rose explained.

Aries season will also be a financially successful time for Capricorns and they will feel a lot of weight lifted off their shoulders.

As this should be “a season of joy” for them, Capricorns may be seen taking a vacation or doing something that brings them happiness that isn’t in their usual routines.

AQUARIUS 

JANUARY 21 – FEBRUARY 18

Aquariuses typically think outside the box, and Aries season will be no different for them.

“If anything, this is only going to amplify how weird or innovative their thought process gets,” Rose noted.

This could result in a change of career path, the development of a new hobby or trade, or even the addition of new social circles to their lives.

Rose added: “During Aries season, the Aquarius people are going to really want to focus on doing things in a brand new way that helps reinvigorate their vigor and their sense of excitement for what lies ahead in life.” 

PISCES

FEBRUARY 19 – MARCH 20 

The end of Pisces season is going to take a lot of stress away from Pisces, which may encourage them to develop a bit of a free spirit.

“They could find themselves either communicating with those who live in foreign countries or even exploring foreign countries themselves, taking vacation time … and ultimately asking themselves: ‘What brings me joy in my life?'” Rose stated. 

They will also use the time to set their intentions that will later come to fruition during the year.

Aries season begins just days after the Virgo full moon.
