As Covid fears recede, Guwahati awash with colours of Doul Utsav

After two years of the pandemic, the city literally let its hair down on Friday and Saturday to celebrate the festival of Holi. The Doul Utsav, as it is called in Assam, was celebrated across the state with pomp and gaiety.
