Shrinking James Argent shows off his hearty breakfast as he vows to put weight back ON
JAMES Argent tucked into a hearty breakfast of two buttery croissants after revealing doctors have ordered him to put weight back on.
The former Towie star, 34, was all smiles as he enjoyed the pastry treats while staying at the luxury Roslin Beach hotel in Southend-on-Sea.
James shed a whopping 13 stone after undergoing a gastric sleeve operation in April 2021.
But since then he has vowed to gain back some weight after going too far the other way.
He told The Sun recently: “The only problem now is I’ve lost a little bit too much weight and I need to put on half a stone,” he laughed.
“Everyone thinks it’s hilarious, we didn’t think we’d ever be in this situation but it’s one thing or another with me – that’s just me!”

At his heaviest, James weighed 27 stone, but since dropping to 14 stone, he has shown off his slim frame regularly on social media.
Yesterday he posed on the balcony at his weekend retreat, brandishing a big grin as he showcased his trim physique.
The star wore a black t-shirt, matching jeans and a hoodie wrapped around his waist.
He completed the look with a pair of black trainers and a silver watch around his wrist.

Earlier this month the star was spotted trying to put ON weight by stocking up on protein shakes.
He was spotted stocking up on protein products in a retro red tracksuit top and black bottoms.
James recently showed off his best dance moves in E4’s The Real Dirty Dancing.
