Disturbing scenes as Putin's men shell Ukraine art school 'with 400 sheltering inside'

DISTURBING scenes have unfolded in Mariupol, as Vladimir Putin's forces have shelled a Ukrainian art school which had 400 people sheltering inside, the Ukraine authorities have said.
