The Radagon Icon is a Legendary Talisman in Elden Ring that adds virtual points in Dexterity exclusively for spellcasting, resulting in shortened casting time for Sorceries and Incantations. When equipped with this buff, Tarnished mages have less delay between spell casts, allowing them to land more attacks between dodges during a boss battle or a fight with multiple opponents. Furthermore, magic builds using Comet Azur will have a few extra valuable moments to cast their one-shot Spell before the boss has the time to reach them.
The location of the Radagon Icon is within the second floor of the Debate Parlor in Raya the Lucaria Academy. To reach this area, Tarnished adventurers must first gain access to the Academy by finding a Glintstone Key. Near the magical portal at the South Raya Lucaria Gate, the player can find a map indicating where such a key can be found. The island west of Raya Lucaria is Glintstone Dragon Smarag's lair, and behind the sleeping beast sits a corpse with the Academy Glintstone Key. Once the protagonist acquires it, they can interact with the institute's seal to enter into Raya Lucaria.
To get the Radagon Icon Talisman in Elden Ring, adventurers must make their way through Raya Lucaria to arrive at the Debate Room, where a boss fight with Red Wolf of Radagon will occur. To defeat this boss, spellcasters and archers must patiently wait for the optimal moment to counterattack. This is because the Red Wolf has a long delay between its attack patterns, leaving room for vulnerability.
As for melee fighters, Tarnished must learn to punish the wolf whenever it executes a leaping strike, as this ability is the easiest to avoid. Remember to take a defensive stance whenever repositioning since the boss can cover ground quickly. Once the fight is over, adventurers can make their way to the second level of the Debate Room to find the Radagon Icon Talisman in Elden Ring.
From the Debate Room's Site of Grace, head outside into the courtyard. Turn right and walk to the back southeast corner near the railing. Here, the player can jump over the fence and onto the rooftop to access a secret passage. Ascend the ladder ahead to reach a shattered open window of the Debate Room. Enter inside and walk across the platform on the right to find a chest. Open it to receive the Legendary Radagon Icon Talisman in Elden Ring.
