"The Kashmir Files" is a Hindi-language movie released this month and based on the targeted killings and exodus of Hindus in 1990. While its critics say the movie is fanning Islamophobia over the depiction of Islamist insurgency, the movie has been lauded by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and is already a box office hit.
