Pregnant mum with brutal morning sickness shows the toll it took as her kids ‘raised themselves’ while she threw up
A MUM who struggled with intense morning sickness during her pregnancy has shown the toll it took on her house.
Emily Boazman is currently expecting her third child and suffered with hyperemesis gravidarum (HG) – the medical term for severe nausea and vomiting during pregnancy – in the early days of her pregnancy.
She took to TikTok to share “actual footage” of her house while she battled HG, with the camera showing every room covered in mess.
“Actual footage of my house while I had hyperemesis gravidarum and my two young daughters had to basically raise themselves while my husband was at work,” she wrote over the clip.
“They made MASSIVE messes and I could literally do nothing except lay there and throw up.”

“My husband did his best when he got home from work but everyday it would just get filthy again. HG is SO INTENSE.”
She was quickly praised for her honesty by others in the comments section, with one person writing: “I’ve said it a million times and I’ll say it again… there needs to be more awareness and treatments for hg!”
“I had it with my second,” another mum wrote. “My daughter was in pull ups and brought me one and said ‘here I help change me.’ she was 2.”
