'Sun is coming up in Ohio' governor says in State of State

COLUMBUS — Hoping that the worst of the pandemic is at his back, Gov. Mike DeWine on Wednesday sought to steer Ohio into the future with his first State of the State address since coronavirus first hit and, for a time, dealt a blow to its economy.
