Russia intends to bid for Euros as invasion of Ukraine continues: UEFA reacts to the move

Russia has announced its interest in bidding to host Euro 2028 or Euro 2032 despite being banned by FIFA and UEFA after the invasion of Ukraine. UEFA has responded to that show of intent with one of its own.
