JAMES Argent has sparked romance rumours with an X Factor star as they were spotted leaving her gig just minutes apart.
The former The Only Way Is Essex star was seen leaving London’s Jazz Cafe not long before performer Louisa Johnson.
James, 34, cut a casual figure in a grey hoodie and black tracksuit bottoms as he headed to watch Louisa perform at a gig.
Showing off his trim waistline, the reality TV star smiled for cameras as he left the venue, completing his look with designer trainers.
He appeared to be in high spirits as he watched back videos from the concert on his phone while waiting for a car to take him home.
James flashed a number of cheesy grins towards his phone screen as he reminisced about the fun evening.

Louise, 24, left shortly after James, showing off her toned middle in a bright blue co-ord set with wide leg trousers and a bandeau top.
Keeping her make-up to a minimum, Louisa showed off her natural beauty with minimal mascara and brushed eyebrows.
Her blonde locks flowed down over her shoulders as she flashed a smile at the waiting cameras after wowing the crowds at the gig.
James took to Instagram throughout the evening to share a number of clips of Louise on stage, writing “go on Louisa” over one of them.

The Towie star could also be seen cheering on his pal Luke Berr.
It comes days after it was suggested that James had reportedly found love again – a year after splitting from Gemma Collins.
The TV star has been losing weight and has taken up boxing, with sources saying he met his new flame at the gym.
The Towie favourite, who has remained close with his ex Lydia Bright and her parents, is said to be broody after seeing his mates settle down and he now wants to start a family of his own.
A source told New! magazine: “His break-up with Lydia (Bright) hit him hard.
“But now that his recovery is back on track and he’s happy with his weight loss, he’s finally in a good place to start looking for someone to settle down with.
“He wants what Mark (Wright) and Michelle (Keegan) have, and what Mark’s brother Josh has.”

He told The Sun in November that it took his mum Patricia breaking down in tears in his bedroom for him to finally seek help.
