Indian oil companies could see an impairment in the value of upstream investments in Russia and a decline in the cash flows from these assets going ahead, it said in a note on Thursday. At current market price, Indian oil marketing companies are incurring a revenue loss of around $25/bbl and $24/bbl on the sale of petrol and diesel, respectively, the report said.
