Elden Ring: How To Get The Blue Dancer Charm | Screen Rant
The Blue Dancer Charm is a risk-reward Talisman in Elden Ring that boosts attack power with a lighter Equip Load. The Blue Dancer's damage bonus is inversely related to the weight of the player's equipment, meaning a lower Equip Load will result in increased damage output. "Glass cannon" builds with lightweight or barebones loadout will undoubtedly find this Talisman's effect to be beneficial in combat in Elden Ring.
However, there are several essential details to consider before using the Blue Dancer Charm. First, the Talisman solely affects physical-scaling damage. In other words, the overall base damage and non-physical damage types will stay the same. Likewise, non-physical weapons like Cipher Pata and Coded Sword will not receive a damage bonus. Furthermore, while the Blue Dancer can increase the damage dealt by bows, Sorceries and Incantations will not receive a buff from the Talisman. Thirdly, the damage output ratio from lighter weapons is higher than heavy weapons when equipping the Blue Dancer Charm. Still, it would benefit Tarnished to experiment with their damage numbers before using the Blue Dancer as a regularly equipped Talisman.
The location of the Blue Dancer Charm in Elden Ring is Highroad Cave, a grotto in Limgrave that sits to the region's far north below the Saintsbridge. Tarnished travelers can reach this cave by traveling upstream of the Murkwater River, the same waterway where Murkwater Cave, Patches' first location, is found.
Elden Ring adventurers can obtain the Blue Dancer Charm Talisman by defeating the Highroad Cave's boss, the Guardian Golem. Before delving into the cavern, bring a Torch or Lantern, as the area contains several platforming challenges that require a decent source of light. After the Site of Grace, Tarnished must drop into a hole, landing on cog-shaped stone pieces. Next, after progressing further, there will be another pit to descend into with better lighting than the last. Nevertheless, be wary of the wolves that guard the tunnels, especially those hidden in bushes.
Once Tarnished arrive in a room with two waterfalls, use ranged attacks in Elden Ring to kill the flying Giants Bats and leap onto the circular stone platform in the center. Turn to the right and jump on the long gear-shaped stone pillar leading into the hollow area behind the waterfall. Inside will be the boss arena entrance to the Guardian Golem. The boss isn't challenging and acts similar to its Golem counterparts adventurers have encountered before. To defeat it, strike the glowing portion of its ankles to do critical damage and sometimes stagger the boss. Once Guardian Golem falls, the protagonist will receive the Blue Dancer Charm Talisman.
Elden Ring is available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
