Kate Middleton carries 'compulsory' outfit for Caribbean tour after devastating 'tragedy'

KATE MIDDLETON, as well as other royals, are expected to follow strict rules while travelling, most of them related to the clothes they can and can't wear. One specific rule, however, was introduced after a "tragedy" within the Royal Family.
