The Reddit user found documents which seemed to show that Mark has requested a divorce from Nikki on March 2. One commenter has alleged that 25-year-old Nikki committed adultery, which is the grounds for divorce. Fans recall having watched Mark make Nikki sign a prenuptial agreement on 90 Day Fiancé. Mark reportedly alluded to it in the divorce filing by checking the “mutual consent” box. The agreement resolves “any issues related to alimony, the distribution of property and the care, custody, access and support of minor or dependent child(ren),” as per Mark (via InTouch.)
