[Women's Lacrosse] Warriors' Defensive Fortitude Not Enough Against No. 8 Missouri Baptist

FREMONT, Neb. – Midland University's women's lacrosse team had a tough test against No. 8 Missouri Baptist University on Friday night at home. The Warriors put together one of their most complete games defensively but still fell to the conference-leading Spartans, 16-2. The setback drops Midland to 1-4 overall and 1-3 in the Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference (KCAC), while the Missouri Baptist remains undefeated at 4-0 overall and in KCAC.
