Washington is originally from Morgan Park HS in Chicago where he played with Ayo Dosunmu. He's currently enroilled at Northwest Florida State College in the Junior College ranks. He and his teammates won the NJCAA tournament this year. He has an offer from Wichita St currently and has not committed or signed a grant in aid at this point.
