Mystery as body of man, 34, found with hands and feet bound and wrapped in tarp in vacant lot
THE body of a man was found wrapped in tarp in a parking lot at around noon on Friday with his hands and feet bound.
Sirius Star, 34, was found pronounced dead at the scene in Philadelphia.

His body was wrapped up in a tarp and his hands and feet were tied up, it was reported.
The Medical Examiner’s Office determined that Star’s cause of death was due to a gunshot wound to the head, according to Fox29.
Star was pronounced dead at 12.51pm.

No arrests have been made and no weapon was found at the scene police told ABC6 Action News.
