Accident report sheds light on Orlando theme park tragedy

An accident report says 14-year-old Tyre Sampson "came out of his seat" as the Orlando Free Fall ride began to brake, but added the "harness was still in a down and locked position when the ride stopped." Manuel Bojorquez reports.
