Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands: How to Reroll Enchantments
Tiny Tina's Wonderlands' end-game is filled with many improvements over other games in the Borderlands series, this includes the amazing Enchantment Reroll system. Enchantments are an extremely important part of end-game build construction, and will provide players with numerous multipliers that can be used to push their damage to the next level. With Tiny Tina's Wonderlands emphasis on loot, its easy for games of this type to become an endless grinds for the one perfectly rolled item. Enchantment rerolling is Gearbox Software's solution to this problem of the looter-shooter genre.
In Tiny Tina's Wonderlands, enchantments are an additional modifier that can be rolled on each piece of loot. These upgrades can range from increased loot luck to an increase of an element's damage if the player uses a certain type of action. However, not every enchantment will be useful for every build. A gun that increases the player's melee damage upon using an active skill would be useless for Tiny Tina's Wonderlands' spell-slinging Spellshot who can sacrifice their active skill for an additional spell through 'Ambi-hextrous'. Many items will also drop without any enchantment, making this a system that could've been very unhealthy for the game. Luckily, both bad enchantments and gear without enchantments can be rerolled in Tiny Tina's Wonderlands.
Players will be able to reroll their enchantments through an end-game currency called Moon Orbs. Players looking to increase their stash of Moon Orbs can tackle the Chaos Chamber to acquire more. While players have easy access to Moon Orbs, re-rolling gear comes at a heavy price. Each time a the enchantment on an item is rerolled, the price to reroll is doubled. This exponential increase in cost will eventually make re-rolling some gear unreasonable.
Players will be able to reroll their enchantments at the blacksmith in Brighthoof, Tiny Tina's Wonderlands' main hub-city, or at the entrance to the Chaos Chamber. After defeating the final boss of the main story, players will gain the 'Epilogue' quest. During this questline, players will unlock many end-game perks, including the Enchantment Re-Roller. When unlocking this powerful equipment, the blacksmith will also provide the player with a healthy sum of Moon Orbs to get them started on their end-game items.
The Enchantment Re-roller is an extremely powerful and welcome addition to the Borderlands franchise, just one of many steps Gearbox Software has put in place to let players be in control of their loot. Even with its flaws, players have been praising Tiny Tina's Wonderlands across Reddit and other social media venues. Players that reach the end-game will surely get their orbs-worth out of this very useful addition to Tiny Tina's Wonderlands.
Tiny Tina's Wonderlands is available now on Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PS4, PS5, and PC via the Epic Games Store.
