Raab parole shake-up after release of child killer Pitchfork is welcomed by MP Costa

SWEEPING reforms to the parole system in light of the recent release and rapid re-imprisonment of convicted child-rapist and killer Colin Pitchfork have been welcomed by Tory MP Alberto Costa.
