A Class XII student, appearing for the ongoing Class XII exam, was arrested along with another youngster, for allegedly murdering a 22-year-old man, over a petty issue in the city.The minor and his friend Parth Jogiyani, 20, were detained for the murder of Parakramsinh Padhiyar.
