Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of the motion to proceed to Calendar #310, H.R.4373, provides FY2022 appropriations for the Department of State, foreign operations, and related programs (legislative vehicle for COVID funding).
At approximately 11:45am, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Geraghty nomination (GA District Judge) and confirmation of the Castner nomination (NJ District Judge).
Following disposition of the Castner nomination, the Senate will resume consideration of the motion to proceed to H.R.4373, and at approximately 1:45pm, the Senate will vote on cloture on the motion to proceed to the bill.
