Roll call vote: Cloture on the Harris nomination (Member)

9:38pm the Senate began a 10 minute roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #717 Cathy Ann Harris, of Maryland, to be a Member of the Merit Systems Protection Board.
