'The Sopranos' Actor Paul Herman Passes Away on His 76th Birthday
Paul Herman has sadly passed away.
The actor, best known for his role in The Sopranos, died on Tuesday (March 29), which also happened to be his 76th birthday.
Paul‘s death was confirmed by Michael Imperioli, who appeared on The Sopranos with the late actor.

“Our friend and colleague PAUL HERMAN has passed away,” Michael wrote on Instagram. “Paulie was just a great dude. A first class storyteller and raconteur and one hell of an actor. Goodfellas, Once Upon a Time in America, The Irishman and of course The Sopranos are some highlights.
He continued, “Paulie lived around the corner from me the last few years and i am glad we got to spend some time together before he left us. I’ll miss him. Lots of love to his family, friends and our community of actors and filmmakers.”
On The Sopranos, Paul played heroin dealer turned pizza shop and club owner Peter “Beansie” Gaeta.
Along with his roles in The Sopranos, Paul also appeared in Goodfellas, Once Upon a Time in America, Silver Linings Playbook, American Hustle, and The Irishman.
