Square One mall tells pie shop to pay nearly $70,000 to break lease following pandemic losses

Patrick Blessing, co-owner of the Pie Commission, said his Square One location has lost 60 per cent of its revenue since the pandemic again. Square One says it ‘follows industry standard practices’ with leases.
