During the hearing, parties including the petitioner and respondents sought some more time to file replies and rejoinders, following which a two-member bench adjourned the matter to April 28. Senior advocate Guru Krishna Kumar, appearing for Neelu Analjit Singh informed the bench that they have received a reply from Max Ventures Investment Holdings and sought a week's time to file a rejoinder over it.
