Iranian Hulk Sajad Gharibi reveals he turned down huge £180,000k-a-year bodyguard job before Martyn Ford fight
THE Iranian Hulk has revealed he turned down a lucrative security gig ahead of his clash with fellow man-mountain Martyn Ford.
The 28 stone behemoth – real name Sajad Gharibi – has become an internet phenom due to his epic proportions.
Gharibi’s massive frame led to a slew of job offers in Dubai, all of which he snubbed to remain in his homeland.
He revealed: “Since 2016 I have had many job offers from Dubai in bodyguarding, especially when I was heavy as they offered me $20,000 a month – but I didn’t want to go.
“Firstly I must die if I endanger Iran’s reputation, Iran is my life and blood.
“I was sick in Dubai because I was so far away from Iran. Iran is my love and life, I was born in Iran and will die here.

“I can’t think of living anywhere other than Iran. Some say, ‘You want to immigrate to England and become a refugee’ but it doesn’t make any sense.”
Gharibi is currently in the final stages of preparing for his super-heavyweight showdown with Ford.
The pair, 29 and 39 respectively, will collide in a titanic tussle next month at London’s O2 Arena.
Gharibi was shoved to the floor by Ford during their first pre-fight face-off in Dubai last month but is confident he’ll beat the Brit.

He told SunSport: “That actor, or rather ‘joke’, disrespected me for the first time in 2018 on an Instagram Live.
“He needs to realise this fight is not a Hollywood production.
“There is no director. He will see and feel my deadly hook and deadly punch.
“Martin, continue to insult me. Keep playing the clown, but I promise you will be taken out on a stretcher!
