Reliance says it had compelling reasons to take over Future Retail stores

In a letter to Future Retail on 8th March, RIL has said that it is committed to its plans to purchase assets of Future Group whenever the scheme of arrangement is implemented and the buy-out will be “in accordance with its terms.”
