The district and sessions court in Surajpur on Tuesday convicted two persons for killing a cabbie and snatching his vehicle in Noida in 2011. The court also issued a fine of Rs 20,000 to each convict, Kamal and Rohtash, residents of Aligarh and Dankaur , respectively.
