Barca vs Real Madrid sets new record attendance for women’s game
March 31 – The record for the highest attendance ever at a women’s football match was set last night in the Camp Nou in the second leg of the Champions League final between Barcelona and Real Madrid.
Barca won 3-2 to move to the semi-finals 5-2 on aggregate in front of 91,553 fans.
The previous attendance record in club football was set in 2019 when 60,739 fans watched Atletico Madrid vs Barcelona in the Metropolitano in Madrid.
