AFSPA area cut is Centre's message that northeast ready for development: Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma

Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma said by reducing the extent of disturbed areas under AFSPA in Assam, Manipur and Nagaland, the Centre has sent a strong message that the northeast is now ready for economic development, investments and industrialisation.
