Warzone: How to Unlock Snoop Dogg | Screen Rant
Snoop Dogg is making his way to Warzone as an unlockable character. The battle royale genre as a whole has been this pool for tons of creative crossovers that would never happen in any other gaming space. Outside of just Warzone, Fortnite players are treated to characters like Kratos, Master Chief, Ariana Grande, and Thanos all being playable in the same game. While Warzone keeps its game grounded in reality, there are a handful of unlockable characters that have grown to be a part of the title's identity.
Pop culture icons like Ghostface from the Scream franchise, John Mcclane of Die Hard, and Leatherface from The Texas Chainsaw Massacre have all been added to the game as playable Operators or as part of special map events. These are just cosmetic skins that don't change anything about the gameplay. Now, rapper Snoop Dogg is the next special appearance character to join the battlefield. He was previously a part of Call of Duty Ghost as a voiceover pack was available using his iconic dialogue. While Snoop Dogg isn't fictional like the others mentioned, his persona is more real than ever.
To unlock the Snoop Doog Operator in Call of Duty Warzone, the player will need to wait until April 19th at 10 am PST. This is when the Snoop Dogg Operator Bundle will be available for purchase. It includes 10 items, three of which are exclusive to Call of Duty Vanguard. Its price is currently unknown, but if it's anything like the older guest Operator bundles, it will likely cost 2400 COD Points. This is about $20 USD and will unlock his skin and all the other cosmetic items available in the pack. It's unknown if the Snoop Dogg skin will be sold separately.
Snoop Dogg will also be available on Call of Duty Mobile starting on April 1st. He will appear through a special Lucky Draw that will reward players with his skin, dressed in a 24K gold outfit. This will also feature a legendary golden and diamond SMG. As mentioned, these are strictly cosmetic and don't do anything to change the game. The Snoop Dogg skin can also apply any previous fatalities that the player has already unlocked.
It's definitely something else to see Snoop Dogg tear Call of Duty players limb from limb. With Snoop Dogg's inclusion to Call of Duty Mobile landing on April 1st and his Warzone inclusion happening on April 19th, it's possible to add those numbers to make April 20th. Anyone who knows anything about Snoop Dogg knows that day is a special one. This could be strictly a coincidence or one of the neatest easter eggs to join Warzone yet. Regardless, it's likely this Operator Bundle won't be in rotation for too long. Grab it before it's removed from the game.
