The D.C. government has named more defendants to a lawsuit seeking to bankrupt the Proud Boys and Oath Keepers over the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on Congress, a strategy that succeeded against organizers of a far-right rally in Charlottesville, Va., in 2017.
