Girl dies after car crashes into Florida retention pond amid police pursuit of kidnapping suspect

A 5-year-old girl died after the car she was in careened off the road and into a Florida retention pond during a high-speed chase with police officers, who were responding to reports of an alleged kidnapping at the time.
