AFC Futsal Asian Cup Kuwait 2022 qualifiers get underway
April 4 – Qualifiers for the Futsal Asian Cup finals to be held in Kuwait in September are set to kick off in the AFC’s west zone and the combined central and southern zone.
Qualifiers are being played as tournament competitions at centralised venues with Fujairah, United Arab Emirates, hosting seven teams in the west zone, competing for five slots at the 16-team finals.
Teams are divided into two groups with the winners and runners-up of both groups automatically qualifying to the Finals and the third-placed teams playing off for the last slot.
