90 Day Fiancé: Angela Deem Reportedly Filming With Michael In Nigeria
90 Day Fiancé star Angela Deem is currently in Nigeria, despite breakup rumors with her husband, Michael Ilesanmi. Georgia woman Angela debuted on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 2, in which she flew to Lagos for the first time to meet the much younger Michael. After breaking up and reconciling several times, in January 2020, Angela married Michael in his country. However, Angela, who flew back to America soon after, didn’t get to see him for two years. Angela spent the time getting a weight loss makeover and was last featured on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season 6, in which she broke up with Michael all over again.
At first, Michael protested against Angela getting weight loss surgery. He then refused to support her when Angela was healing after her five operations. Michael suspected Angela was having a fling with her doctor, and then there was always the argument about how she wasn’t ready to give him a baby yet. After Angela said, “I’m done,” to Michael during their Happily Ever After Tell-All, she did confirm they were still together. However, Usman Umar, aka Sojaboy, who happens to be Angela’s nemesis, accused her of using Michael, called her a “scammer” and claimed she had left Michael. Amidst this, Michael launched his own Instagram page. Some more rumors about him finally coming to America emerged.
But Michael confirmed these rumors were fake, and soon after, his Instagram profile was deleted all over again. 90 Day Fiancé blogger @90daythemelanatedway seems to have figured out why Michael went off Instagram. “So, looks like Angela is in Nigeria filming with her new 'bestie,' Rene!” they wrote in the caption of their post. It features several photos of Angela’s new friend Rene and Angela herself. One of the videos is from Angela’s TikTok that features Rene and her trying out a Pamela Anderson filter, which has seemingly been filmed in Nigeria. A couple of other photos show Rene, who tagged her location as “Ikeja, Nigeria.” The blogger added that the “word on the street” is that Angela is filming a new 90 Day Fiancé season and will finally be bringing Michael to America.
It seems Rene became friends with Angela after the two randomly met on a plane. Angela celebrated her latest birthday in Las Vegas. Many of Angela’s 90 Day Fiancé co-stars, such as Tiffany Franco-Smith, Kalani Faagata, Tom Brooks, Mariah Fineman and others, were her guests at her birthday party. Supposedly, it was Rene who paid thousands of dollars for Angela’s lavish Vegas night out. The same was confirmed by Angela’s ex-best friend Jojo Disney.
Meanwhile, Michael going missing from Instagram could have been Angela’s idea since it's assumed she doesn’t like him using social media, which could mean he ends up chatting with other women. Michael could have also wanted to keep his off-screen life private as anything she posts could become a spoiler for the rumored new 90 Day Fiancé spin-off or a season he’s filming with Angela. There were also whispers about Angela becoming a part of 90 Day: The Single Life season 3 because she and Michael were no longer together. But her going to Nigeria does establish that if Angela is making a 90 Day Fiancé return, it will feature Michael, who might land in the United States sooner than fans realize.
