CORONATION Street fans are all saying the same thing about Faye Windass after she forced Emma Brooker to break up with Jon.

The killer – who is played by actress Ellie Leach in the ITV soap – is determined to keep herself out of prison for mowing down Jon’s grandad Ted.

Faye and Craig urged Emma to break up with Jon in a desperate move to cover up their guilt[/caption]

And even though Emma has fallen for Jon and they have a real connection – Faye doesn’t care.

Tonight when Jon recognised Craig from his grandfather’s death scene, Faye sprang into action and lied to cover it up.

Once he was gone, Faye told Emma that she had to break up with him and never see him again.

However Faye and Craig’s lies didn’t work and Jon worked it out and called Emma.

“I’ve got a bone to pick with you,” he said as he met Emma in Victoria Gardens.

“Your flatmate’s boyfriend, I have seen him before – he’s a copper. He was at grandad’s house. 

“Did you know your flatmate’s boyfriend was working on grandad’s case? It’s a weird coincidence he was working on grandad’s case…”

Annoyed, Emma realised he was getting too close to the truth and so she broke up with him.

But when she told him she wouldn’t move to Australia with him, Jon shocked her by insisting he would stay in the UK.

“My new dream is us – together forever,” he said.

“If you’re not there it doesn’t have the same appeal. If I have to choose between you and Australia, I choose you.”

Emma tried her best to put him off, but Jon was sure they are meant to be.

“Don’t do this,” he said crying. “I love you.”

Emma told him never to call her again and walked away, but he kept calling her.

And when she got back to the flat to tell Faye and Craig what had happened, Faye was only concerned with herself.

Sobbing Emma could barely get her words out without Faye making it about her.

And viewers were furious at her selfishness and want her back in prison.

One wrote: “Faye is so self-centred and makes everything about herself. Get her in prison – it’s what she deserves.”

A second said: “Wow. Can Faye actually be anymore more selfish? I feel so sorry for Emma.”

While a third added: “I’m furious at how mean Faye and Craig are being to our Emma. Send her back to prison and be done with her.”
