I was working out on camera at 38 weeks pregnant when I caught the moment my bump ‘dropped’
A MUM-TO-BE captured on camera the exact moment her bump “dropped” as she worked out in the gym at 38 weeks pregnant.
Jaime took to TikTok to share a video of herself performing some kettlebell swings with her arms – taking the kettlebell up to chest height, before dropping it down between her legs as she bent her knees.
But just a few seconds into the impressive exercise, Jaime’s bump could visibly be seen dropping – with the impact of the change stopping her in her tracks.
She was seen grimacing and laughing before squatting down and holding her bump.
“POV you feel the baby drop down mid set,” she wrote across the video, which she’d captioned: “I nearly peed myself”.
“Oh wow!! I saw baby drop from here!!!” one person wrote in the comments section.

As a third wrote: “that was amazing to watch.”
“Lol baby is like that’s it i have had enough!,” someone else commented.
To which Jaime replied: “He should be used to it haha, a few weeks ago I was squatting & deadlifting still.”
