Michelle Yeoh Thrown Over a Cubicle in Everything Everywhere BTS Video
In a recent behind-the-scenes video for the action-thriller Everything Everywhere All at Once, star Michelle Yeoh gets thrown over a cubicle during a fight. Written and directed by Dan Kwan and Daniel Scheinert, the science-fiction film follows Evelyn Wang (Yeoh), a Chinese immigrant to the United States who finds out she has the ability to access the memories and skills of different versions of herself from parallel universes. Released March 25, the movie has received near-universal acclaim and currently sits at a 96% fresh rating on the review aggregator site Rotten Tomatoes.
Yeoh's Everything Everywhere All at Once co-star Jamie Lee Curtis posted the behind-the-scenes video showing Yeoh getting tossed over a cubicle. The shared video is a recording of a preview monitor replaying a moment in a fight scene between Yeoh and Curtis. Aided by wires and a harness, Curtis throws Yeoh over a number of office cubicles before staring menacingly at the camera. Check out the full video below.
Yeoh is no stranger to being tossed around on screen. She has had a long career in action films in both Hong Kong and Hollywood with such hits as The Heroic Trio, Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, and Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings. In the new film, Curtis plays Deirdre Beaubeirdra, an IRS inspector auditing Evelyn Wang's laundromat. It's clear things get physical between the two characters in Everything Everywhere All at Once, though audiences will have to check out the film to see what exactly leads to the exciting fight scene.
