Mechanical engineering, agricultural industry and construction are the most promising avenues of cooperation between Belarus and Penza Oblast, Belarus' Prime Minister Roman Golovchenko said as he met with Penza Oblast Governor Oleg Melnichenko, BelTA has learned.
