In January-February 2022 the Belarusian government borrowed the equivalent of $130.1 million abroad and spent $388.1 million to repay the external state debt. As of 1 March 2022 Belarus' state debt totaled Br61.4 billion, up by Br3.2 billion or 5.4% since the beginning of the year.
