"You (Opposition) should look into the mirror before calling us power hungry. We have brought this Bill neither due to arrogance of victory nor the fear of losing elections," Shah said in his reply to the debate on the Bill in which several Opposition members had alleged that the Centre has brought this Bill as it fears losing the MCD polls to a rising Aam Aadmi Party.
