[Tennis] Tennis Runs into Tough Foe in Southwestern College

Sterling, Kan.-Both men's and women's tennis fell to the Southwestern College Moundbuilders in a home KCAC Conference match on Saturday, April 2. It was a tough day for the Warriors trying to get any kind of rhythm going.

The women faced an (RV) Moundbuilder squad that proved why they are getting national recognition. Women's doubles took just one of the three matches but gave up the doubles point in the match. Natalie Henning and Brooklyn Kuhn won the only match of the day in #3 doubles with a 6-3 win. All six singles matches were won by Southwestern.

On the men's side it was all Southwestern College as the Warriors took a 7-0 loss and were unable to win a match in the contest. The Sterling men are still seeking their first match win of the season.
