What Ben From 90 Day Fiancé: Before The 90 Days Is Up To After Show
Ben Rathbun shocked 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days viewers with his bad behavior, and many of them are curious about what the former pastor is up to after filming. He controversially pursued Mahogany Roca, a 22-year-old woman who is 30 years his junior, and the same age as his daughter. Many 90 Day Fiancé franchise fans are interested in knowing what Ben is doing after Before the 90 Days, and whether or not he is still with Mahogany.
Mahogany and Ben aired their story later in the season, but Ben managed to walk away as one of the most notorious and despised franchise personalities. Many viewers were furious with him for using his faith to justify what fans considered the stalking of a young woman, who had specifically asked him not to visit her. He revealed at the Tell-All that he had tracked Mahogany down after the show, and eventually rekindled things with her. However, Mahogany was unhappy when Ben’s friend Jessica Siciliano called her out. Ben ended the 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 5 Tell-All at odds with Jessica and Mahogany.
Following season 5, Ben from B90 has discussed his negative turn as a franchise villain. The former pastor has listed his flaws online, in an attempt to take accountability for his actions. However, many viewers remain skeptical of his apologies, as he has been labeled a predator who is unable to fully grasp how he is perceived by others. Ben has discussed disappointing his family and faith on his Instagram, via several lengthy posts. “So yes, I see what you see - I was overbearing, selfish, justifying myself and not listening just to name a few things. I realize words are cheap so this is about accountability and actions,” he wrote in one Instagram post this week.
When it comes to his relationship with Mahogany after Before the 90 Days, it appears that Ben did not win over the young woman. Mahogany recently reactivated her Facebook and confirmed that her relationship status is "single. "Despite that, Ben continues to praise Mahogany online and appears to have fond memories of her and their time together. He was able to make up with Jessica, although she turned on Ben at the Tell-All and labeled him a narcissist, Ben and Jessica are once again close friends. Meanwhile, he also made up with fellow Before the 90 Days season 5 cast member Kimberly Menzies after he insulted her at the Tell-All, and Kimberly is now supporting Ben online.
While some of the Before the 90 Days cast members, including Memphis Sandoval and Moknii Hamza, are rumored to appear in future franchise content, viewers are overwhelmingly against seeing Ben return. Since Ben and Mahogany are no longer a couple, it's highly unlikely that they will be cast in any future 90 Day Fiancé content. Meanwhile, viewers are hoping that Ben’s fellow cast member Caleb Greenwood is cast on 90 Day: The Single Life. As it stands, there is a good chance that Ben’s franchise run is over with 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 5.
