LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga - Where to Find Every Frozen Rebel
Frozen Rebels can be found around Echo Base on Hoth in LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga. There are 10 frozen Rebels to find around the base, but, unlike other collectibles, they won't be marked on the map. The reward for completing the frozen Rebel collection is four Kyber Bricks, which can be used to purchase core and character class skills in LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga.
In order to unlock Echo Base on Hoth in Free Play, players will need to play through the original trilogy story missions. After completing all five story missions in A New Hope and the first mission in The Empire Strikes Back, players will be able to travel to Hoth to explore Echo Base in Free Play. After unlocking Echo Base, the 10 frozen Rebels can be found and freed to complete the collection challenge.
The rumor for the Frosty Rebels challenge can be unlocked for 27,000 Studs in LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, then search areas will be marked on the map. Tracking the challenge with the rumor unlocked will also give distance markers that can be followed, but the Rebels still need to be located in the search area. However, the rumor doesn't need to be unlocked to find the frozen Rebels. Upon locating a Rebel, players will need to break them out of the ice and speak to them to have that NPC count toward the collection.
The frozen Rebels can be spotted in medium-sized blocks of light blue ice, but some of them are in locked areas. A few puzzles will need to be solved to find every Rebel, but each puzzle also awards Kyber Bricks, so completing them is worthwhile. Freeing the frozen Rebels on Hoth will complete one of 10 collection challenges in LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga.
- Frozen Rebel #1: There's a frozen Rebel to the right of the landing zone against the wall.
- Frozen Rebel #2: The next Rebel can be found by heading down the hall east of the previous one.
- Frozen Rebel #3: From the previous Rebel, another one can be found in the room on the right.
- Frozen Rebel #4: Another Rebel is further down the same hallway as the second one.
- Frozen Rebel #5: If players keep going straight along the path in the same hallway, another Rebel will be encountered.
- Frozen Rebel #6: At the end of the hall, players can turn left, then left again down the next hallway to find a frozen Rebel about halfway down.
- Frozen Rebel #7: There's a frozen Rebel at the end of the path behind the locked West Wing door. The password can be found in the northern part of Echo Base, and there's a small tunnel next to the door that a character in the Protocol Droid class in LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga can get through after disassembling.
- Frozen Rebel #8: A frozen Rebel can be found in the large, main area of Echo Base along the east wall about halfway into the room.
- Frozen Rebel #9: Another frozen Rebel can be found at the end of the hall behind the X-Wing that's being worked on in the main area.
- Frozen Rebel #10: The room to the left of the previous frozen NPC contains the last Rebel. However, there's a locked door to the right that needs to be opened first. The console in the middle can be broken to reveal an Astromech Terminal that will turn on the projector. The images correspond to the buttons next to the locked door, and the code from left to right is the AT-ST, TIE Fighter, AT-AT, then Darth Vader's TIE Fighter. The last frozen Rebel is in the room past the Kyber Brick. As soon as the last Rebel is freed, players will be awarded four Kyber Bricks for completing the challenge in LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga.
