Summer Course Registrations – Opens Thursday 14th April at 18:00

The Junior Committee is happy to announce that the Summer Courses 2022 registrations open on Thursday 14th April at 18:00 for all Family (and Spouse), Full (and Spouse), Life, Senior, Cadet or Honorary members to register.

The booking will remain open until midnight on Monday, 2 May 2022. 

As previously advertised, we will be running the full suite of IS levels and are additionally offering some custom courses. Places will be allocated on a first-come/first-served basis. We intend to offer all courses published, but this will depend on demand and minimum numbers per course.

For this reason, we have decided that we will not cap the number of places per course at the point of booking. This will allow us to respond more flexibly to your needs and scale-up to meet demand where possible.

What this means for you is: The courses will remain open for booking until midnight on Monday, 2 May 2022. After this initial round of booking, the Junior Committee will review all courses to allocate spaces. If there has not been sufficient interest in a course or if a course has been oversubscribed, we will be in touch before 9 May 2022 (within 1 week of booking closing for good) to offer you an alternative course or a full refund. You will also have an option to remain on a waiting list for your preferred course, in case the course fills up at a later stage. 

We know from previous years that some members are not able to plan too far ahead. To accommodate anyone who wants to book onto a course at a later stage, we will open a second round of booking when any remaining spaces on courses will be offered out. The second round of booking will open on Monday, 16 May 2002, and remain open until all spaces are filled.
