Little Mix halt Dublin concert as Jade Thirwall comes to rescue when fan falls ill in crowd
JADE Thirwall helped out an “ill and anxious” fan who was struggling in the crowd of a Little Mix concert on Wednesday night.
The lovable girl group performed in Dublin’s 3 Arena to a crowd of up to 13,000 people as part of their Confetti tour – but things soon went wrong.
Little Mix – made up of Jade, Perrie Edwards and Leigh-Anne Pinnock – are currently on their final tour, after announcing a hiatus earlier this year.
Last night, a girl in the crowd appeared to be struggling, however, eagle-eyed Jade quickly came to the rescue.
In a video posted to TikTok, Jade can be seen hyping up the crowd as they sing Only You, before she notices a fan struggling.
“I just want everybody in this area to be still and let this girl get sorted out so she’s okay,” she said, waving over to an area near the side of the stage.

Jade waits a moment to see that the girl is being taken care of before telling the rest of the massive arena: “Everybody else, you can jump!”
The singer was praised for keeping an eye on the crowd, with many minds still on the Astroworld tragedy in November last year that left ten people dead after a major crowd surge.
Comments on social media suggest the girl in question was “looking ill and anxious” or could have been “getting squished” by other concert-goers.

Another person, who commented on the video, claimed they were working as a first aider at the concert and assured fans “the girl was ok”.
The Secret Love singer kicked off their farewell tour in style this week in Ireland, with a massive show in Belfast followed by Dublin.
Perrie, Leigh-Anne and Jade’s calendars are chock-a-block for the next few weeks as they’re set to hit multiple cities in England, Scotland and Wales.
