Lego Star Wars: Skywalker Saga - How to Unlock Clone Troopers
There are 10 Clone Troopers to unlock as playable characters in LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga. Unlocking all 10 requires completing almost every story mission in The Phantom Menace, Attack of the Clones, and Revenge of the Sith. The only one that doesn't need to be completed is "The High Ground" story mission, which is the last level in Revenge of the Sith.
All of the Clone Troopers are in the Hero character class in LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga. This means that each version of the Clone Trooper can use a Grapple Blaster to pull down orange hooks or grapple for climbing points. They can also wear disguises and access Hero Terminals to complete puzzles or open up new areas to explore.
Although the Clone Troopers end up turning on the Jedi at the end of Revenge of the Sith, none of them are in the Villain character class. There are some slight differences in the weapons the Clone Troopers carry, but they all have the same abilities. Most of the Clone Troopers will be unlocked while playing through Revenge of the Sith. However, the first story mission that unlocks a Clone Trooper is "Battle of the Jedi" in Attack of the Clones.
The Clone Trooper (Captain) is the only one out of the 10 that isn't unlocked while playing in Story Mode. Instead, this Clone Trooper will be unlocked after completing the "Creature Calamity" side mission on Geonosis. Since Geonosis is accessible after beating the "Petranaki Panic" story mission, the Clone Trooper (Captain) is the first one that can be unlocked in LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga if players leave Story Mode and visit Geonosis in Free Play. The other nine Clone Troopers will be unlocked in later story missions.
- Clone Trooper (Commander): Complete "Battle of the Jedi" in Attack of the Clones.
- Clone Trooper (Lieutenant): Complete "Battle of the Jedi" in Attack of the Clones.
- Clone Trooper (Sergeant): Complete "Battle of the Jedi" in Attack of the Clones.
- Clone Trooper (Phase 1): Complete "So Uncivilized" in Revenge of the Sith.
- Clone Trooper (212th Attack Battalion): Complete "So Uncivilized" in Revenge of the Sith.
- Clone Trooper (Phase 2): Complete "Droid Attack on the Wookies" in Revenge of the Sith.
- Clone Trooper (Kashyyyk): Complete "Droid Attack on the Wookies" in LEGO Star Wars: Skywalker Saga's Revenge of the Sith.
- Clone Trooper (501st Legion): Complete "Senate Showdown" in Revenge of the Sith.
- Clone Trooper ( Coruscant Guard): Complete "Senate Showdown" in Revenge of the Sith.
- Clone Trooper (Captain): Complete "Creature Calamity" in Stalgasin Hive on Geonosis.
As is the case with most characters, the Clone Troopers will still need to be purchased to be playable even after unlocking them. Each Clone Trooper costs 35,000 Studs, so players will need to spend 350,000 to buy all of them. Since most of the Clone Troopers are unlocked in Story Mode, earning True Jedi in each level will help players get enough Studs to buy all of them. The Clone Troopers are just a few of over 300 characters that are playable in LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga.
LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga is available for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC.
